Our own culinary highlight. 3 piece of Original Bratwurst how they should be! Perfectly firm, selected spices and a trusted butcher doing them for us on our requirements.

All sausages will be send within special packaging to remain chilled. We absolutely recommend express post and can not be responsible for standard post orders. Additional freezer gel packs are available to keep the small goods refrigerated.

Cooking Instructions: Bratwurst is poached, but must be cooked before consumption.

Ingredients: Pork (96%), Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Flavouring, Mineral Salt (450, 451, 452), Canola Oil, Sugar, Dextrose, Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (300).
